Pressthe DVD/VCR OUTPUT button so that the red DVD light

appears on the front of the DVD/VCR.

While playback is stopped, press the DVD button, then

press the SETUP button, The setup screen appears.

•If the original or automatic settings for AUDlO and SUBTITLE are the same language, the subtitles will not be shown.

•Language settings forAUDIO, SUB- TITLE,and DISC MENU are not available with some discs. Use the AUDIO and SUBTITLE buttons instead to select different lan- guages for the audio and subtitles. Details are on pages 62 and 63.

•Not all discs provide different lan- guages for audio, subtitles, or disc menus.
