Slide a 7/16" washer onto the rear axle.

Slide the rear wheel driver onto the rear axle. Make sure the rear wheel driver fits onto the pins in the motor assembly.

Slide a wheel onto the rear axle. Make sure the ribs on the wheel fit into the grooves on the rear wheel driver.

Slide a hubcap, indented side out, onto the rear axle.

Slide a 7/16" washer onto the rear axle.

Fit a 3/16" -16 lock nut on the end of the rear axle and hand tighten.

Completely tighten the lock nuts on both sides of the rear wheel assembly with the assembly wrenches.

Hint: An extra wrench has been provided to hold the lock nut on one side of the rear axle while tightening the lock nut on the other side.

• Fit a hub cap cover onto each rear wheel and push to "snap" in place.

Remove the protective caps from each front axle and throw them away.

Slide a 7/16" washer onto one of the front axles.

Slide a round bushing, ring end first, onto the front axle.

Slide a wheel (ribbed side first) onto the front axle.

Slide a hubcap (indented side out) onto the front axle.

Slide a 7/16" washer onto the front axle.

Fit a 3/8" -16 lock nut on the end of the front axle and tighten with the assembly wrench.

Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining 7/16" washers, round bushing, wheel, hubcap and 3/8" -16 lock nut to the other front axle.

Fit a hub cap cover onto each front wheel and push to "snap" in place.
