Network connector - The AXIS 223M connects to the network via a standard network cable, and automatically detects the speed of the local network segment (10BaseT/100BaseTX Ethernet). This socket can also be used to power the AXIS 223M via Power over Ethernet (PoE). The camera also negotiates the correct power level when using PoE.
Audio output - Audio output (line level), which can be connected to a public address (PA) system or an active speaker with a
Audio input - One 3.5mm input for a mono microphone, or for
Serial number - This number is used during installation.
Reset/Control button - Press this button to install the camera using the AXIS Internet Dynamic DNS Service, or to restore the camera to its factory default settings, as described in Advanced, on page 48.
LED indicators - After completion of the startup and self test routines, the
