8Troubleshooting

8.1LED indicators

The camera has LEDs on the front and the rear panel that show the operating status and can indicate possible malfunctions.

Power LED

Does not light up: Camera is switched off.

Lights red: Startup in progress.

Lights green: Camera is switched on.

Flashes green: Video connection established.

Flashes red: Camera is faulty, for example, following failed firmware upload.

8.2Resolving problems

The following table is intended to help identify the causes of malfunctions and correct them when possible.
