Designing your Application

Using the Wizards

Click the Admin Overview button and use the Wizards (explained below) to quickly establish the parameters necessary for an application:

❶Installation Wizard	Users	Define or edit the Administrator password (the Administrator user name is

		bandwidth usage and for selecting the appropriate media.
	Date and Time	Synchronize the internal clock of the AXIS 2400/2401. This can be done
		manually or automatically, from an NTP server or your computer clock.
		There is also an option that automatically adjusts the time for daylight
		saving.
	Image Settings	Choose monochrome or color images, and define the quality of the images.
		Remember: the higher the quality of the images - the greater the file sizes
		and the network bandwidth requirements.
	Video Modulation	Detection of the type of video modulation used.

	Video Sources	Specify the video sources to which the settings made in the wizard will
