Playing MP3/WMA

Note

After track or folder scanning is finished, normal playback of the tracks will begin again.

Displaying text information on MP3/WMA disc

Text information recorded on a MP3/WMA disc can be displayed.

1Press DISP to switch to the information display 2.

2Move the joystick left or right to select the title option.

The title option is highlighted.

3Move the joystick up or down to select the desired title.

This switches you to the selected title.

!Folder Name – Folder name

!File Name – File name

!Track Title – Track title

!Artist Name – Artist name

!Album Title – Album title

!Comment – Comment

!Bit Rate – Bit rate

#When playing back WMA files, album title and comment are not displayed.

No Album Title or No Comment is displayed.

#If specific information has not been recorded on an MP3/WMA disc, No XXXX will be dis- played (e.g., No Artist Name).

#Some characters may not be displayed prop- erly.

Scrolling text information in the display

This unit can display the first 22 letters of Folder Name, File Name, Track Title, Artist Name, Album Title and Comment. When the recorded information is longer than

22 letters, you can scroll the text to the left so that the rest of the title can be seen.

%Click the joystick to scroll the title to the left.

The rest of the title will appear in the display.

Switching discs

You can switch discs.

Press DISP to switch to the disc list dis-

 

play.

Move the joystick left or right to select

A frame appears around the selected disc.

The selected disc starts playing.
