Extra Digits: Defines additional numbers to dial, such as a password or extension. In addition to numbers, you can enter the following symbols: star (*) and pound (#). You can enter a comma (,) to insert a one-second pause.

Dial extra digits automatically: Dials predefined extra digits immediately after dialing the phone number. If you do not check this box, you need to press

Extra Digits (left action key) to dial these digits.

Show voice mail buttons: Displays the voicemail playback controls after you dial this speed-dial number. When this option is checked, you can enter

Plays the previous message.

Saves the current message.

Plays the current message.

Deletes the current message.

Repeats the current message.

Plays the next message.

NOTE Check with your wireless provider for the correct information.

6Press OK .

Editing a speed-dial button

1Go to your Today screen.

2Highlight the speed-dial button you want to edit.

3Press and hold Center to open the shortcut menu, and then select Edit Speed Dial.

4Make the desired changes.

5Press OK .
