To organize your files on the MultiMediaCard™, you can use the Card-Explorer like a PC file manager.

A list of the folders and files on the MultiMediaCard™ are displayed.

Navigate through the list as usual using the control key:

#Scroll up and down.

$Highlight file/remove highlighting, open folder.

Delete system files from MultiMedia- Card™

Files that your phone requires are stored on the MultiMediaCard™in addition to your own data, such as music. System files that are not required (such as other languages) can be deleted to increase capacity. Note that this is likely to reduce the functions that the phone can perform.

If you need to restore any files to the Multi- MediaCard™ they are available for down- loading from the Internet at http://www.siemens.com/sl45 (see p. 70).

You are offered different functions depending on whether you have selected a file or a folder.

Mark	Highlight entry.
Delete	Delete all highlighted
	entries.
Delete all	Delete all entries after a
	confirmation.
New folder	Create and name new
	folder.
Rename	Rename highlighted
	entry.
Send via	Select IrDA transmis-
IrDA	sion route.
Sort	Set sort criteria (alpha-
	betical, type, time).
Info	Retrieve information on
	the selcted file/folder.
Drive info	Information on the in-
	serted MultiMedia-
	Card™.
Load bitmap	Load bitmap into the
	display.
Clear Bitmap Remove bitmap from
	the display
Load	Load display language.

Open	Open an entry.
Play	Play an entry.
View	Read SMS.
