Move (storage location)
An entry may be moved to other storage locations:
SIM
Address entries on the SIM card only take the form of last name and phone number.
Mobile (phone memory) p
Address entries only take the form of last name, first name and phone number.
If the SIM card is full, further entries are automatically kept in the memory.

Part of the SIM memory can be pro- tected by PIN 2. Depending on the SIM card, dialling can be limited to these phone numbers. For editing, PIN 2 is needed (see p. 61).
Store control code
You can store phone numbers and control codes (digits) in the Addressbook as standard Addressbook entries (for operating an answering machine by remote control, for example).
+Dial number.
Hold down until “+“ appears on the display (pause for connection setup).
+Enter control code (digits).
If necessary enter other pauses of three seconds each to ensure correct processing at the destination.
Press and enter a name and, if necessary, further details.

You can also store the control code (digits) like a phone number and send it during a call (see p. 17).
Extending numbers
Using an external PC program such as Microsoft®Outlook®, parts of a number can be replaced by “?”and can then be transferred to the Addressbook
(for company numbers for example).
To call:
7Open(partial)Addressbooknumber. and select
" Press.
+ Replace “?” with digits.
"Dial number.
Synchronising with Outlook®
You can synchronise your Addressbook with your Outlook® database using Siemens QuickSync software (see p. 71).
