STARTING AND STOPPING THE

TREADMILL SAFELY

Place your feet on the straddle covers.

Attach the safety lanyard to your waistband.

Place the safety key on the key holder.

Set up your workout (see Chapter 1) and press .

Stop the treadmill by reducing speed to 2 mph, then press.
