Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console and should be removed.

A)Monitor Display: Speed, Time, Pulse, Distance, Incline, Calories and Program Profiles.

B)Stop: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.

C)Start/pause: Simply press to begin exercising, starts your program or pauses current workout.

D)ARROW KEYS: Used to scroll through programming options such as Program, Level , Time, Speed & Weight.

E)ENTER: Press to confirm the selected Program, Time, Level, Speed and Weight.

F)Quick adjust Incline Keys: Used to reach desired incline more quickly. Press before SET INCLINE key.

G)quick adjust Speed Keys: Used to reach desired speed more quickly. Press before SET SPEED key.

H)Incline ARROW Keys: Used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% increments).

I)Speed ARROW Keys: Used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 mph increments).

J)PRESS TO SET INCLINE Key: Press to confirm one-touch incline selection. Press after QUICK ADJUST INCLINE key.

K)PRESS TO SET SPEED KEY: Press to confirm one-touch speed selection. Press after QUICK ADJUST SPEED key.

L)iNCLINE led DISPLAY: Illuminate to indicate current incline.

M)SPEED led DISPLAY: Illuminate to indicate current speed.

N)Fan: Personal workout fan.

O)Fan Button: Press the fan button ON / OFF.

P)Water Bottle / CD / MP3 holders: Holds personal workout equipment.

Q)Reading Rack: Holds reading material. (Remove sales sticker before use)

R)SELECT PROGRAM: Used to select a program.
