Indicates how fast your walking or running surface is moving.
ELEVATION
Indicates the incline of your walking or running surface.
DISTANCE
Indicates the miles traveled during your workout.
PULSE/LAPS
Indicates the number of times you have trav- eled around the lap profile window. One lap equals ¼ of a mile. Note: Pulse will be dis- played if the heart rate handlebars are being used. The pulse reading is measured in beats per minute.
CALORIES
Indicates the total number of calories burned during your workout.
