When you select an iFit Live workout, the display will show the duration of the workout, the distance you will walk or run, and the approximate number of calories you will burn. The display may also show the name of the workout. If you select a competition workout, the display will count down to the begin- ning of the race.

5.Start the workout.

HOW TO USE THE STEREO SOUND SYSTEM

To play music or audio books through the consoleʼs stereo speakers, you must connect your MP3 player, CD player, or other personal audio player to the con- sole through the MP3 jack.

To use the MP3 jack, locate the included audio wire and plug it into the MP3 jack on the top of the console. Then, plug the audio wire into a jack on your MP3 player, CD player, or other personal audio player.

Make sure that the audio wire is fully inserted.

Next, press the Play button on your MP3 player, CD player, or other personal audio player. Adjust the vol- ume on your personal audio player or press the volume increase and decrease but- tons on the console.

If you are using a personal CD player and the CD skips, set the CD player on the floor or another flat sur- face instead of on the console.
