To avoid damaging parts, do not use power tools.
1.Make sure that the power cord is unplugged.
With the help of a second person, raise the front of the treadmill and insert the crossbar on the Base (103) into the cutout in the cardboard stand as shown. Have the second person hold the treadmill until assembly step 3 to prevent it from moving forward or backward.
WARNING: Serious in- jury may occur if the treadmill moves forward or backward and falls off the cardboard stand. A second person must hold the treadmill until assembly step
3 to prevent the treadmill from moving, tipping, or falling.
