4.With the help of a second person, carefully raise the Uprights (71) until the treadmill is in the position shown.
5.Locate the holes on the left side of the treadmill frame
(1). If there are four holes, the two holes toward the back of the treadmill are used to attach the Frame Guides. Attach the Frame Guide (5) and the two Frame Guide Spacers (116) to the Frame with two Small Screws (4). Be careful not to overtighten the Screws. Make sure that the thick end of the Frame
Guide is at the bottom.
Note: If it is difficult to fold or lower the treadmill, remove one or both of the Frame Guide Spacers (116).

7.Make sure that all parts are tightened before you use the treadmill. To protect the floor or carpet, place a mat under the treadmill. To order a mat, see the back cover of this manual.
