While a second person tips the Frame (2) backward, attach a Wheel (25) to each side of the Frame with an M10 x 35mm Shoulder Screw (94).

2. Carefully tip the Frame (2) onto its side. Orient	2
the Base (1) as shown, and then insert the Base	2

M10 x 48mm Button Screws (78), and two M10
Split Washers (72).
