ADJUSTING THE SEATS

to adjust the height of a Seat (16), remove the Adjustment Knob (102) and reposition the Seat. Engage the Knob into the Left Seat Frame (29) and the Adjustable Seat Frame (100). Fully tighten the Knob.

The other Seat (16) and the adjustable Backrest (not shown) can be adjusted in the same manner.

WEIGHT RESISTANCE CHART

The chart below shows the approximate weight resistance at each exercise station. “Top” refers to the 6-pound top weight. The other numbers refer to the 12.5-pound weight plates. Weight resistance shown for the butterfly arm station is for each butterfly arm. Note: The actual resistance at each station may vary due to differ- ences in individual weight plates as well as friction between the cables, pulleys, and weight guides.
