Extending the cooling down time

The cooling down phase which takes place before the end of a programme can be extended by 5 or 10 minutes, if required. This makes the garments easier to handle.

The cooling down time can only be extended for programmes with drying levels.

Follow the steps (￿,￿,￿ ...) to pro- gramme and store in memory.

Before you begin, ensure that:

The tumble dryer is switched off.

The door is closed.

￿Press the Start/Stop button and keep it pressed in whilst carrying out steps

￿-￿.

￿Switch the dryer on.

Wait until the Start/Stop button lights up constantly . . .

￿. . . and then release the Start/Stop button.

￿Press the Low temperature button five times.

The Low temperature indicator light will flash seven times briefly.

A number to show which option is selected will appear in the display alternating with the letter P.

0Cooling down time not extended (factory default setting)

iCooling down time extended by five minutes

(the Automatic plus indicator light will also flash once).

2Cooling down time extended by ten minutes

(the Automatic plus indicator light will also flash twice).

￿Pressing the Start/Stop button switches between the options.

￿Switch the dryer off.

The setting you have selected is now stored in memory. You can change it again at any time.

To check the setting:
