Downloading data

The focus of this chapter is to discuss how to view your studies with the 3MTM Detection Management Software (DMS). The first section explains how to retrieve your studies from the dosimeter, and the subsequent sections will then walk you through viewing, organizing, and customizing your stud.

∙NOTE: You have the option of ten different languages in DMS including: Chinese (Simplified), English, French, German, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish.

Loading your studies entails communicating, downloading the sessions/studies (files) and viewing the files in the data finder page, charts and graphs, and/or report views.

Downloading

1.Ensure DMS is downloaded.

∙ Follow the install directions on the CD or visit the website.

2.Dock the dosimeter (s) and connect it to your pc using the USB cable.

3. Power on the Edge by pressing the	button. (Note: the Edge will only download and
communicate when stopped, as indicated by		icon on the top of the screen.)
