SavingPresentPositionIn A Waypoint
If you wishto savethecunentpositionviewedon thePositionScreen in a waypoint.pressthesofikeyunderthelabelSAVE on rhedisplay.
UponpressingtheSAVE key,theSavePresentPositionWindow opensto revealyour WaypointLog. The WaypointLog scrollsto the first emptylocationanddatestampsthepositionThe. displaycursor will identifythis location.
If you havedecidedto savethispositionpress.thesoftkeyunderthe labelENTR on thedisplay.The cursorfbr this waypointlocationwill be shownsolid fbr I secondandthen returnto the previousposition Screen.
After pressingENTR, thewaypointlocationwill be darestampedIf. a secondentry is savedthatday,the datestampwill be followed by a (WP2),etc.SeePage16of the WaypointMode sectionto edit and nilmethewaypointlocations .
NOTE: If at any time you wish to out of theSavePresent _eet
PositionWindow.pressthe sofikeyunderESCon thedisplay.This will recallthePositionScreenandno chanseswill be madeon the WaypointLog.
