2.Use or to select a different language and press ENT. All menus now appear in the language you selected.

Software Version Information

From time to time, Lowrance updates the operating system software in some of its products. These software upgrades are usually offered to customers as free downloads from our web site, www.lowrance.com. These upgrades make the unit perform better or introduce a new fea- ture or function. You can find out what software version is running in your sonar unit by using the Software Information command.

At right, the Software Information screen.

1.Press MENUMENUto SOFTWARE INFOENT.

2.Read the information displayed on the screen.

3.To return to the last page displayed, press EXITEXIT.

Sonar Color Mode

The default color scheme for the sonar chart is white background, but we offer other variations to suit your viewing preferences. You can se- lect the chart to be displayed in grayscale, reverse grayscale, blue back- ground, or bottom color tracking.

To change the chart mode color scheme:

1.From the Sonar Page, press MENUto SONAR FEATURESENT.

2..Press to SONAR COLOR MODEENT.

3.Press or to Mode NameENT.

4.Press EXITEXIT to return to the Sonar Page.
