DIMMER
Dims or brightens the display.
ANALOG ATT
Attenuates (lowers) the level of an analog input signal to prevent distortion.

DVD/DVR
Press to use the remote DVD/DVR controls.
RECEIVER
Use to switch to the receiver controls on the remote control. Use when setting up surround sound for the receiver (page 27).
9MENU
Displays the disc menu of

Use to make dialog stand out when watching TV or a movie (page 26).
10/ENTER
Use the arrow buttons when setting up your surround sound system (page 27). Also used for DVD menus.
11RETURN
Confirm and exit the current menu screen.
ONE TOUCH COPY*
Copies the currently playing title from DVD to HDD or

Use these buttons to control a Pioneer DVD player or recorder connected to your system (press SHIFT to access the commands bordered by a rectangle).

13 TUNER controls
The TUNING +/– buttons can be used to find radio frequencies (page 31) and the STATION +/– buttons can be used to select preset radio stations (page 31).
DISPLAY
Switch the display between station preset name and frequency (see tip on page 31).
CLASS
Switches between the three banks (classes) of station presets (page 31).
MPX
Use to switch between auto stereo and mono reception of FM broadcasts. If the signal is weak then switching to mono will improve the sound quality (page 31).
