■Put Cooking Grates back to the Grill. (Fig. 6)

■Fold Grill, push Latch downward to lock. (Fig. 7)

■Strike and place the burning wooden match through the spaces in the Grill. Open Grill (Fig. 8)
NOTE: DO NOT open Grill until the flame turns faint.

■Adjust cooking temperature by placing Cooking Grate at different level by using Grate Tool. There are three slots on the levelling plate, insert tab of Cooking Grate into the desired slot to adjust distance between food and flame.

CAUTION
All cleaning and maintenance should be done only when the grill is cool.
■Remove Cooking Grates. (Fig. 12) NOTE: It is advisable to wear a glove or use Grate Tool to prevent injury or burns.

■Draw Charcoal Trays and empty ashes. (Fig. 13)
NOTE: Dispose of cold ashes properly.
