2.Remove the cooking grates and heat tents and set aside. Using a screwdriver, remove the single screw holding each burner tube. There is a hex nut under each burner bracket. It is necessary to hold the hex nut when removing the screw. Lift the burner tube away from the valve and remove from the grill. Repeat for the other burners and set aside (Fig. 55).

3.Look inside end of venturi tubes for nests, webs or mud. If present, clean as shown in Step 1, Fig. 54.

4.Inspect and clean the burner if needed.

5.Replace the burners in the operating position.

6.Make sure the venturi is properly positioned on the burner tube, and that the venturi is properly positioned over the valve orifice (Fig 56).
