CARE AND CLEANING

Recipes
MUSHROOM SMOTHERED STEAKS
4 strip steaks, about 3⁄4 -inch (1.91cm) thick salt and pepper
1 package (10 oz./284g) mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons mesquite flavored cooking sauce (or other favorite steak sauce)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons dried savory
1.Preheat the unit in closed position at High for about 5 to 7 minutes.
2.Salt and pepper both sides of steaks and add to Grill. Grill 8 to 10 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
