Shroud to Cart Assembly

Place the shroud on the cart frame with the shroud brackets to the inside of the cart legs. Fasten the shroud in place with 4) 1/4-20 x .39” Bolts through the shroud brackets into the threaded inserts on the inside of the front cart legs.

Model 6122 with side burner valve is shown here. Be sure to route hoses in FRONT of legs and out the side above the Shroud.

Wheel Assembly

Insert the Axle through the Wheel then through the sleeve in the bottom of the leg tube. Fasten in place by inserting an Axle Pin through the small hole near the end of the axle.
