Reclining Seat

If your power chair is equipped with a reclining seat, you can adjust the seatbackanglewiththeseatbackreleaselever.Theleverislocatedontheright sideoftheseatbase.

To adjust the seatback angle:

1.Pressdownonthelever.

2.Movetheseatbacktothedesiredposition.

3.Releasethelever.

Seatback Angle Adjustment

Ifyourpowerchairisequippedwithanadjustableseatback,youcanadjustit tofourdifferentangles:90°,102°,105°,or107°.

To adjust the seatback angle:

1.Removetheadjustingscrewsonbothseathinges.Seefigure9.

2.Settheseatbackatdesiredangle.

3.Reinstallthescrewsonbothseathingesandtighten.

Armrest WidthAdjustment

Youcanchangeeacharmrest’swidthindependentlyofeachother.

NOTE: Changing the armrest width may increase the overall width of your power chair.

Tochangethearmrestwidth:

1.Locate the two armrest knobs on each side of the armrest receiver bracket.Seefigure9.

2.Loosentheknobs.

3.Slidethearmrestsinorouttothedesiredwidth.

4.Tightenthearmrestknobs.

ArmrestAngleAdjustment

To change the armrest angle:

1.Liftthearmreststraightupsothatitisperpendiculartothefloor.

2.Loosenthejamnuts.Seefigure9.

3.Loosentheadjustingscrew.Seefigure9.

4.Turntheadjustingscrewclockwisetoraisethefrontofthearmrest,orturntheadjustingscrewcounterclockwisetolowerthefront ofthearmrest.

5.Tightenthejamnutstolocktheadjustingscrewintoplace.

Footrest Height

Thefootrestheightiseasilyadjustedtosixdifferentheights.

To raise or lower the footrest:

1.Useahexkeytoremovethebolt,spacers,andnutfromthefootrest.Seefigure10.

2.Raiseorlowerthefootresttothedesiredheight.

3.Reinstallthebolt,spacers,andnutintothefootrest.
