12.3Shark Controller Functions

The SHARK controller fitted to your Spectra BlitzTM power chair has several features and functions. The following procedure shows how to use these.

Horn Button

Press the button once to sound the integrated horn.

LOCK Function

To lock the SHARK and prevent unauthorised use of your power chair perform the following. 1. Whilst power is on, press and hold the power button for four (4) seconds.

2.The dispaly will turn off immediately

3.After four (4) seconds all LED’s will flash briefly and the horn will sound a short beep. The power chair will then turn off.

UNLOCK Function

1.Press the On button to turn the powerchair on.

2.All LED’s will flash briefly. The LED’s will then perform a slow right to left chase.

3.Press the Horn button twice before the LED chase is completed (approximately 10 seconds).

4.The battery charge level will then be displayed and the powerchair may now be operated normally.
