SECTION 10—BATTERIES

WARNING

If the circuit breaker trips repeatedly, IMMEDIATELY unplug charger and contact dealer or a qualified technician.

NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 10.4.

NOTE: The powered scooter is designed with an electrical lockout to prevent it from being driven while the charger is plugged into an outlet.

NOTE: Always charge the batteries completely until the Battery Charge Display needle is in the GREEN area.

1.Slide the charger port cap (located on the battery box) to one side.

2.Plug the charger connector into the charger port located on the battery box (FIGURE 10.4).

3.Plug the charger power cord into 110-volt wall outlet.
