TRANSPORT AND LIFTING INSTRUCTIONS

Securing to Truck or Trailer for Transit

Fully lower and retract the boom. Make sure the boom and the mid-pivot rest securely in the mast cradles.

Securely latch the boom hold-down latches.

Raise all four outriggers to the stowed position.

Always chock the machine wheels in preparation for transport.

Turn the key switch to the off position and remove the key before transporting.

Inspect the entire machine for loose or unsecured items.

Securing the Chassis

Place a block under the tongue.

Secure a strap over the tongue of the machine.

Place a block underneath the axle between the two wheels.

Use the four tie-down points on the chassis for anchoring down to the transport surface.

Use chains or straps of ample load capacity.

Use a minimum of 4 chains to secure the chassis.

Adjust the rigging to prevent damage to the chains.
