To put a call on hold

1.Phone is active on a call.

2.Press the Flash key.

3.Receive intercom dial tone. You can dial another number or hang up.

Retrieving Calls

To retrieve an outside call

1.Lift the handset.

2.Press the Flash key.

3.Call is connected.

To retrieve an internal call

1.Lift the handset.

2.Call is connected.
