Contact Management

Edit/Add/Delete Contacts

The IP120 features a 300-entry local phonebook and 11 additional speed dial keys.

With the local directory users can:

add,

edit,

delete,

dial,

search for a contact in this directory.

create groups of contacts

The Phonebook also includes a Directory and a Blacklist.

To add a contact via the phone interface:

Press the Dir soft key [ 1. LOCAL DIRECTORY or Press the Menu soft key [6. DIRECTORY[ 1. LOCAL DIRECTORY.

Press the OK button to enter into the Contacts list, press the Add soft key. From here, enter a Name, press the DOWN navigation key to enter the Office, Mobile, or Other phone number of the contact via the keypad.

Press the DOWN navigation key to set a special ring tone for the contact.

If users want to assign this contact to a group, use the DOWN navigation key to select the group.

Press the Save soft key to add the contact, or the Back soft key to cancel the change.

To add a Group via the phone interface:

Press the Dir soft key [ 1. LOCAL DIRECTORY or

Press the Menu soft key [6. DIRECTORY[ 1. LOCAL DIRECTORY. Press the Group soft key to enter to the Add Group page.

Enter the group name and press the DOWN navigation key to choose an associated ring tone.

Press the OK button or the Save soft key to save.

To configure the speed dial keys via the phone Interface:

Press the Menu soft key[2. FEATURES[3.FUNCTION Keys[2.MEMORY Keys Use the UP and DOWN navigation keys to select the key on which to store a con- tact number, press the Enter soft key.
