Using your Diverse 2016 answering machine

To play back your advisory

Play

Mode

•Press the MODE button until the voice says ‘Answer Mode using Advisory Announcement’.

•Press the MODE button. Voice says ‘Mode’.

•Press the PLAY button. Your message is played back.

•Stop playback at any time by pressing the STOP button.

To delete your advisory announcement (A )

Mode

•Press the MODE button again. Voice says ‘Answer Mode using Advisory Announcement’. Display shows A .

•Press the MODE button again. Voice says ‘Mode’.

•Press and hold the DELETE button until the outgoing message is deleted.

Selecting your outgoing message

You can switch between your outgoing messages and advisory announcement by pressing the MODE button. The display on the base shows A1 for outgoing message 1, A2 for outgoing message 2 and A for your advisory announcement. A voice will confirm your selection.

Use the MODE button to display:

A1	– for outgoing message 1
A1	(contains pre-recorded
	outgoing message)

A2 –						for outgoing message 2
A					–	for your advisory
