To proceed with the deletion, press the 0 key again. You will see the following LCD message:

After the Caller ID record is deleted, the VT 1421 will return to Caller ID review mode.

You can also delete the entire contents of the Caller ID memory.

Press OK to activate the menu.

Use the keys to locate the following menu item:

Press OK to enter CLEAR

MEMORY mode. Use the keys to locate the following menu item:

Press and hold the 0 key to clear Caller ID memory. After 1 second, the following message will be displayed:

To confirm the deletion, press the 0 key again. While the memory is being cleared, the following message is displayed:

Press OFF to exit.
