Indicates an answered call in the Callers list.

 

 

 

Indicates a Call Waiting call in the Callers list.

 

 

 

Indicates an incoming Call Waiting call.

You can view, scroll, and delete line items in the Callers List from the IP phone UI. You can also directly dial from a displayed line item in the Callers List.

Accessing the Callers List

IP Phone UI

Use the following procedure to access the Callers List.

1.Press the Callers List Key Callers. Press 2 and 5 to move through the Callers list. Press 2 to see the most recent call, or 5 to see the oldest call on your list.

2.To dial the displayed number just press Transfer or lift the Handset or press any line keys.

3.Press the Callers List Key Callers to cancel.

Editing Entries in the Callers List

Important: The Caller List does not save changes. Editing in the Callers List is generally used if you plan to call the number and need to add a prefix.
