Press repeatedly to hear setup options (page 33).

Press to review or set clock (page 31).

Press to delete message currently playing, press and hold to delete all old messages (page 34).

Press to repeat message; press twice to play previous message (page 34).

Press to start or stop message playback (page 34).

Message capacity

The answering system can record up to 99 messages depending on the length of each message. Individual messages can be up to four minutes long, and total maximum recording time is 14 minutes. Messages will remain available for replay until you delete them.

Voice prompts

Each time you press any answering system key, the answering system uses voice prompts to guide you.

Press to review or record announcement, press again to quit (page 32).

Press to record a memo (page 35) or after pressing ANNC to record an outgoing announcement (page 32).

Press to turn answering system on or off (page 37).

Press to adjust playback volume (page 34).

Press to skip message (page 34).
