Note

To set the ringer volume

You can swap between using the handset and handsfree during a call.

If using the handset, press the HANDSFREE button and replace the handset to talk in handsfree mode.

If using handsfree mode, lift the handset to talk privately to your caller and the handsfree mode will be switched off.

To change the volume when using handsfree

There are 3 volume settings to choose from: HIGH, LOW or OFF. The default setting is HIGH.

Ensure the handset is on the cradle.

Store

Press the STORE button. The

 

call indicator light will flash.

Press the button.

Press either, 1 for HIGH, 2 for

ABC

LOW or 3 for OFF.

You can adjust the speaker volume when you are on a handsfree call.

You will hear a confirmation tone.

(If the ringer is set to OFF, the call indicator light will still flash to indicate someone is calling you).

The ringer pitch can be set to: HIGH, MID or LOW.

The default setting is HIGH.
