You have forgotten your remote access security code

Press the DEL button. The current security code will be announced.

Your Decor 500 cannot be operated remotely from another phone

Check that the phone you are using is a

Touchtone phone or is set to tone dialling.

Check that you are using the correct security code. See above to check your code.

When entering your code, make sure you allow enough time, at least 2 seconds, between digits for your Decor 500 to recognise each one.

Some cordless telephones and payphones are not compatible.
