Release the SKIP button to end recording. Your Decor 500 will announce “Your outgoing message is…” and will play your message back to you.

To select or record your own Answer only outgoing message

Ans	Press and hold the ANS
on off	ON/OFF button your Decor
	ON/OFF button your Decor
	500 will announce, “Please
	select outgoing message”.

To select Answer only:

Press the SKIP button.

Your selected outgoing message will be announced.

Your Decor 500 will then invite you to record your outgoing message.

You can choose to record your own outgoing message or just leave your Decor 500 set to its pre-recorded outgoing message.

To record your own Answer

Only outgoing message:

Press and hold down the

SKIP button.

Your Decor 500 will announce, ‘Please speak after the tone. To end recording, release the button’.

After the tone, speak your outgoing message clearly about 15-30 cm from the microphone. The message light will flash during recording.

Release the SKIP button to end recording. Your Decor 500 will announce, ‘Your outgoing message is...’ and will play your message back to you.

To delete your own outgoing message and re-instate the pre-recorded message

Ans	Press and hold the ANS

To select Answer and Record:

Press the SKIP button.

To select Answer Only:

Press the SKIP button.

While the outgoing message is being played back, press the

Del DEL button. You will hear a beep and then the pre- recorded outgoing message will be played back to you.
