Integrated Directory

To search directory for a name

1Press [ Directory ]

2Key in selected name with dial pad:

last name, comma (use [ * ] ), first name or

initial

3Press [ Next Msg ] for each successive directory name you wish to see

● To search for a new name, begin again at Step 1

To place call to name shown

1Lift handset

2Press [ ReturnCall ] while name is shown

Note: You can also leave your handset on-hook. The speakerphone will turn on automatically when you press [ ReturnCall ] .

Message Retrieval

To see your messages when your Message light is on (while on-hook, off-hook, or on a call)

1Press [ Msg Rtrv ]

2Press [ Next Msg ] to see first message (and then for each following message)

To return a call to message sender

1Lift handset

2Press [ ReturnCall ] while any part of message is shown

Note: You can also leave your handset on-hook. The speakerphone will turn on automatically when you press [ ReturnCall ] .

To erase a message 1 Press [ Delete ] while any part of message is shown
