Using the Polycom Touch Control

3Touch the names of the sites that you want to add to the list of sites to call.

The sites will appear in the Conference List on the right side of the Favorites screen using Meeting Composer.

4If you want to cancel the call and delete all of the sites on the right side of

the Favorites screen using Meeting Composer, touch Cancel.

Selecting a Site Using the Directory

To enable you to select sites using the directory, your system administrator must first configure the directory so that you can access it from your site.

If your system is not configured to use the Polycom Converged Management Application™ (CMA™) system, you will not have access to the directory.

For information about how your system is configured, contact your system administrator.
