3.Press m at anytime to stop reviewing messages and return to Standby.

The Message Counter LED shows the total number of messages.

4.When all messages have played, the announcement “End of messages” plays.

Then the system automatically returns to Standby.

Deleting a Message

HandsetOperation

1.Press w.

2.Press F to review your messages.

Note: You can press 46 (8 key) when you have received new messages.

3.If you decide to delete a

message, press @ during the message.

The system beeps and immediately goes to the next message.

Note: When you press @ , you are deleting the message. Once the message is deleted, it cannot be replayed.

4.When the “End of messages” announcement plays, you will hear a series of quick warning tones in the Handset followed by a long tone.

Note: If less than five minutes record time remains, the actual record time remaining for new messages immediate/y follow “End of messages” announcement.

1.Press b to review your messages.

Note: You can press * when you have received new messages.
