4)Press /volume up/down to select One Memory or All Memory (or All Memories, and the base), and then press OK soft key.

If you select All Memory, Are you sure? appears on the display screen.

Press /volume up/down to select Yes, and then press the OK soft key. If you select One Memory, press /volume up/down, or the number key

(2-9and 0) to select the phonebook location you want to export and then press the COPY soft key.

5)The phonebook locations will be transferred to the handset.

Copying appears along with the name of the receiving handset or base. When the transfer is completed, Done! Appears.

Copy Phonebook

Enter the Global Setup menu, and then the

One Memory

 

 

Copy Phonebook submenu.

Press

/volume up/down to choose One

All Memory : Xxx

 

Memory or All Memory, and then press

Select/

. If you choose All Memory, go to step 4.

 

Press

/volume up/down, or the number keypad (0-9) to select the

/volume up/down to select the handset to which you want to transfer

If you choose All Memory in the step 2, Are you sure ? Appears.

The phonebook locations will be transferred to the handset. On the receiving

 

handset.

Receiving and the handset name appear. When the transfer complete,

 

Done! appears on the handset.

￿If an error occurs, the phonebook locations transferred before the error were stored in the receiving handset. Unavailable appears on the display.

￿When the memory of the receiving handset is full,

Not enough memory in Receiving Handset appears. You cannot transfer the phonebook location.
