2.6.2 Root Bridge to Remote Router/NAT
Follow the steps below to change Root Bridge mode to Remote Router/NAT mode:
1Go to Tools System Configuration drop down menu. The System Configuration will be displayed as shown below.
2Alternatively, click on the Current Device Mode link on the top right hand corner to go to the System Configuration page.
3Click on the Current Operational Mode and select the radio that has to be configured as Remote Router/NAT. Click on Apply Changes. A confirmation
4Enter IP Address, IP Mask for Ethernet Configuration, the IP Address, IP Mask and Gateway for the wireless configuration. By default the DHCP is disabled and if required, it can be enabled.
5Click on the Apply Changes button to change the settings. The device will be rebooted and set to the chosen operational mode.
Note: Before changing one radio to remote, the other radio needs to be changed to root bridge before doing a apply change.
