Move the cursor up and down to the previous or next file or folder.

16.2File and Folder Operations

Depending on where you are in the directory system, you will have the option to manipulate files and folders. From the main menu, click on Browser. Attention, there is a setting in the Setup > System menu called Show all files. If this is set to Off, the AV400 will only display file types

.mp3, .jpg, .avi, etc. That is, it displays only the file types that it knows how to play. To see all your files, including ones it cannot play, change the Show all files system setting to On. Files that it cannot play will be preceded by the unknown file type icon .

Folder Operations

Info: Show file information such as song length, video length, photo size, number of kilobytes used of hard disk space, date file was made, etc.

Delete: Delete the file permanently from the AV400. (Before it is deleted, the AV400 will ask “Delete file: xxxxx ?”. Use the function keys to reply Yes or No. For folder, it will delete the entire contents of the folder. It will ask “Delete folder:

xxxxxand all files therein?” Use the function keys to reply Yes or No.
