Program and Random play

Press [PLAY MODE] while stopped.

Program and random playback screens appear sequentially.

To exit program or random play mode

Press [PLAY MODE] several times while stopped.

Program play (up to 30 items)

When CD MODE is off (page 17)

DVD-V VCD CD WMA MP3 JPEG MPEG4 DivX

You can program all the items on a disc.

1While stopped, press [PLAY MODE].

Press [ar., RETURN] to return to the previous menu.

3Press [DVD/CD q] to start play.

When CD MODE is on (page 17)

VCD CD

You can program all the items on all the discs.

1Press [e,r] to select the disc and press [OK].

2 Press [e,r] to select the item and press [OK].

Press [ar., RETURN] to select other discs.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 to program other items.

3 Press [DVD/CD q].

Selecting all items

Press [e,r] to select “ALL” and press [OK].

Clearing the program

Press [q], then press [e,r] to select the item, and press [CANCEL].

Clearing the whole program

Press [q] several times to select “CLEAR ALL” and press [OK].

Note

The program is retained in memory unless one of the following occurs:

The current disc tray is opened.

Another source is selected.

The unit is switched to standby.

CD MODE is turned on or off.

You manually select another disc (while CD MODE is off).

Program Random

Off (Normal play)

Random play

When CD MODE is off (page 17)

VCD CD

You can play all the items on a disc in random order.

DVD-V WMA MP3 JPEG MPEG4 DivX

You can play the selected item(s) on a disc in random order.

1While stopped, press [PLAY MODE] several times.

Press [e,r] to select a group or title and press [OK].

To select all items in a disc, select “ALL”.

Press [DVD/CD q].
