1.UNPLUG THE BANDSAW!
2.Open both wheel covers, and remove the blade.
3.Loosen the motor mount bolts shown in Figure 41.
4.Move the body of the motor so that the motor adjustment bolt slides to the
5.Unthread the wheel mount bolt shown in Figure 42 and slide the lower wheel off of the bearing shaft.
6.Slip the old
7.Install the lower wheel back onto the bear- ing shaft and replace/tighten the wheel mount bolt.
8.Position the
9.Hold the motor in position with one hand and tighten the motor adjustment bolt with the other hand.
