2. Remove the cap screw and washer from |

the gun body . |

3. Pull the adapter 6 with the air valve out of | 3 |

. Unscrew the adapter 6 from the air valve |

and remove the disk regulator 3. |
|
|
. lean and inspect parts for wear or damage and replace if necessary.
6.lean and inspect the two o:rings and one o: ring on the air valve. Replace if necessary. Lu: bricate the o:rings with petroleum jelly.
. Install the disc regulator 3 into the air valve so its beveled surface faces into the gun.
. Screw the adapter 6 into the air valve and
install the air valve into the gun body . | Fig 22 |

. Screw the cap screw with the washer into
the gun body .

Muffler Replacement
. Remove the fan air valve assembly as instructed in Fan Air Valve Replacement.
2.Remove the elbow 6 with the tube from the gun body . See Fig 23.
3.With a hook remove the muffler from the gun body and replace with a new muffler.
. Install the elbow 6 in the gun body.
. Install the fan air valve assembly as instructedFan in Air Valve Replacement.
