4 Work Clamp Tabs

Bend tabs around work cable.

.Follow wire manufacturer’s recommendation.

Aluminum Wires

(FCAW–Without Gas)

(GMAW–With Gas)

1Drive Assembly

2Gun Securing Bolt

3Gun End

Loosen securing bolt. Insert gun end through opening until it bottoms against drive assembly. Tighten bolt.

4 Gun Trigger Plug

Insert plug into receptacle, and tighten threaded collar.

5 Jumper Links

Place jumper links in position shown for desired polarity.

Close door.
