CARGA DEL PAQUETE DE BATERÍAS (CARGADOR DE 30 MINUTOS BC430)

Enchufe el cordón del cargador en un tomacorriente eléctrico estándar y luego introduzca el paquete de baterías en el cargador (Fig. 5).

La luz indicadora verde del cargador comenzará a "PARPADEAR". Esto indica que la batería está recibiendo una carga rápida. La carga rápida se detendrá automáticamente cuando el paquete de baterías esté completamente cargado.

Cuando la luz indicadora deje de "PARPADEAR" (y se vuelva una luz verde constante), la carga rápida habrá terminado.

El paquete de baterías se puede usar incluso aunque la luz siga parpadeando. Puede que tenga que pasar más tiempo para que la luz deje de parpadear, según la temperatura. Cuando comience el proceso de carga del

paquete de baterías, una luz roja constante también podría significar que el paquete de baterías está demasiado caliente o demasiado frío.

El propósito de la luz verde es indicar que el paquete de baterías se está cargando rápidamente. No indica el punto exacto de carga completa. La luz dejará de parpadear en menos mas tiempo hora si el paquete de baterías no estaba completamente descargado.

Al cargar varias baterías en secuencia, es posible que el tiempo de carga aumente ligeramente.

Cuando el paquete de baterías esté completamente cargado, desenchufe el cargador (a menos que vaya a cargar otro paquete de baterías) y vuelva a introducir el paquete de baterías en la herramienta.

Consejos de funcionamiento

Usted prolongará la vida de las brocas y realizará un trabajo mejor ejecutado si siempre pone la broca en contacto con la pieza de trabajo antes de apretar el gatillo. Durante el funcionamiento, sujete firmemente la herramienta y ejerza una presión ligera y uniforme. Una presión excesiva a baja velocidad hará que la herramienta se detenga. Una presión demasiado pequeña no permitirá que la broca corte y producirá un exceso de fricción al patinar sobre la superficie. Esto puede ser perjudicial tanto para la herramienta como para la broca.

APRIETE DE TORNILLOS CON VELOCIDAD VARIABLE La técnica consiste en empezar despacio, aumentando la velocidad a medida que el tornillo avanza. Coloque el tornillo de manera que ajuste perfectamente mediante la disminución de la velocidad hasta detenerse. Antes de

apretar los tornillos, se deben taladrar agujeros piloto y de paso.

Sujete siempre la maquina en posición vertical sobre el perno que se va a apretar.

El mejor método para determinar la duración adecuada de percusión/apriete es mediante una prueba. Para tornillos pequeños, la duración adecuada de percusión/apriete se puede alcanzar en menos de 0.5 segundos. Por lo tanto, trabaje con RPM bajas y apague la máquina inmediatamente cuando el tornillo esté apretado y el sonido de percusión se pueda oír.

Para atornillar tornillos para madera más grandes y largos en material duro, el mejor método consiste en hacer un agujero con antelación.
